On Friday, Junary 16th, Imam Sayed Moustafa Al-Qazwini visited the Muslim community in New Orleans and delivered a speech at the Islamic Message Foundation. In his speech, he addressed the responsibilities of the community in converying the message of Islam to the public. The following day, he met with youth in a three-hour session, in which he discussed challenges in the Muslim American identity, followed by Q&A.

On the night of the 17th, Imam Al-Qazwini visited the Baton Rouge community, which is currently establishing the first Shia Islamic center in its area. There he delivered a lecture followed by Q&A.
