On Saturday, March 21st, the IECOC and the Shia Muslim Council of Southern California participated in an event commemorating the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Islamic Shura Council of Southern California. A panel was held with the partitipation of Sayed Mahdi al-Qazwini and the senior founding members, whose topic was discussing the past, present, and future of the Council in America.
