On Thursday, September 26th, the IECOC will commemorate the life of the 4th Imam of Ahlulbayt, Imam Zaynul Abideen (as). The Program begins at 7pm with Maghrib prayers.

Imam Zaynul Abideen (as) was born and raised in Medina, the city of his great grandfather Prophet Muhammad (pbuh). His life was spent in the service of his community. After witnessing the tragic event of Ashura in Karbala, he returned to Medina to continue the mission of his father Imam Husayn (as) through the promotion of knowledge, spirituality, and charity. He passed away on the 25th of Muharram, in the year 713 CE/95 AH.
