On behalf of the ARK Academy Board of Directors, we sincerely thank you for your steadfast support in everything we do. Your ongoing encouragement and commitment have been truly inspiring. As we continue our promise to keep you informed, we want to share the latest developments with you.

As many of you are aware, obtaining the Conditional Use Permit (CUP) from the City of Irvine is a critical step in our plans to establish ARK Academy. However, we are currently facing some uncertainty regarding its issuance.

While we have diligently worked to meet all the known requirements, recent discussions with city officials have revealed that there may be additional factors or conditions that need to be addressed. To gain more clarity and ensure that we are fully prepared, we are taking proactive measures.

To this end, we have expanded our Building Committee and are pleased to announce we brought forth additional experts with extensive experience in navigating municipal processes and building regulations. These professionals will be instrumental in our ongoing discussions with the City of Irvine. Our expanded team will specifically be focusing on setting up more in-depth meetings with city officials conducting a comprehensive and thorough review of our current plans to ensure we are fully aligned with city regulations.

Although we will not be opening our doors this fall, our team of dedicated professionals is working hard to develop our academic curriculum and business plan. We are excited to share more details about our innovative academic curriculum and vision in the coming months. Our goal remains to secure the CUP while ensuring that ARK Academy comes to full fruition and becomes a beacon of educational excellence for generations to come. We remain hopeful and continue to explore various options for utilizing our school building in the meantime.
