2015 IECOC Youth Summer Camp Retreat

Registration Rate: $170 before June 30 | $190 after June 30, 2015
– There is a cancellation fee of $35 if cancelled after July 17, 2015.
– Camper’s spot will not be held until payment is received.
– Payment must be received 5 calendar days after application is submitted.
Camp Instructions “TO DO & BRING” List:
– Campers must observe Islamic attire (boys/girls & visitors/guests).
– The Parental/Adult consent form must be singed for each camper and returned with the registration form.
– Pack a lunch sack, snacks, and water bottle for the day of departure.
– All medication must be given to camp director with detailed instructions.
– Inform staff if you are prone to car-sickness. Good advice, bring along a lemon for nausea.
– Bring a blanket, bed sheet and a pillow (or a sleeping bag & pillow), change of clothing for 3 days, hat, small back-pack, soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, insect repellent, sun-block, hat, towel, and flashlight. Hot showers are available at the campsite.
– Wear comfortable clothing and proper shoes for hiking (bring an extra pair of tennis shoe) and other sport activities. Bring a warm sweater or a jacket for the night programs.
– Please do not bring any electronic items (such as, mp3, ipod, laptop, dvd player, etc.). We will not be responsible for any loss or damaged personal items (as those mentioned & others not, including cell phones).
– Arrive at IECOC at 9:00 AM on Friday, July 31st with camping gear. We will depart at 12:00 AM sharp!
MUST KNOW & GENERAL INFO:
– Fees include the following access to Camp Metoche amenities, such as sleeping cabins, basketball and volleyball courts, and hiking areas. Camp fees include transportation, halaal food/meals, lodging, Islamic lessons, games, & sporting activities.

– All campers must abide by the rules and regulations of the camp managers and their staff.
– Rules and regulations will be provided upon arrival at the campsite.
Important Note: Please fill out ‘Health Form’ below:
Health Form
Due to change in California law for non-profit organization, related to camping sites, IECOC is required to collect the attached Health Form from each camper. Form is mandatory; all campers must fill out and sign. Applicant has 2 options:
– Option 1: Fill out and sign form, then upload it to the Registration Form in the designated file upload box, and bring the original form to IECOC on the day of departure.
– Option 2: Print form and bring it to IECOC on the day of departure where you fill and turn in.
