On Tuesday, January 17th, Dr. Qazwini attended the ordination of The Most Reverend Timothy Edward Freyer, Titular Bishop of Strathearn, as Auxiliary Bishop of Orange. The event took place at St. Colombian Church in Garden Grove, California, hosting a large attendance of interfaith leaders and ecumenical officers.
