On Sunday, November 19th, the IECOC participated in the 23rd Annual Celebration of Thanksgiving organized by the Newport-Mesa-Irvine Interfaith Council and hosted at the Mesa Verde United Methodist Church under the theme of “Unity in Diversity.” Dr. Qazwini also addressed the crowd on the subject of Unity and Thanksgiving.
This Thursday, November 23rd, the IECOC will celebrate Thanksgiving with Dua Kumayl at 6:20 pm, Maghrib and Isha prayers at 7 PM, followed by a brief Thanksgiving celebration and special Thanksgiving dinner. All are welcome to join and share with the community.
