On Saturday, September 1st, the IECOC celebrated the annual Eid Al-Ghadeer event. The Program included an address by Dr. Qazwini and by Haj Robert Turfe.
Dr. Qazwini spoke about the representation of Al-Ghadeer as a reminder that the Prophet (pbuh) reaffirmed the spirit of responsibility by not leaving his community without guidance after him.
Haj Robert Turfe emphasized our responsibility in continuing the message of al-Ghadeer by actively participating as effective members in our larger communities.
